Sibiu Rally Challenge

Sibiu Rally Challenge is a unique event in Europe which will gather top pilots from national and international competitions. It is an event that will span over three days and has a unique format. Friday, a car parade is scheduled on the streets in the town centre and a special night contest in the resort Păltiniș. Saturday is the most important day with two special contests on the Transfăgărășan, as this is the first automobile competition organised on one of the world’s most beautiful roads. Sunday, the best pilots will race in a competition having the same format as the famous champions’ race on the rally cross field in the Ștrand district.

Sibiu Rally Challenge is a completely new event that aims at promoting the town of Sibiu and its surroundings in order to attract as many tourists to this area as possible.
