Syndicat Gourmet is...the story of Raul and Bebe. It is the story of two friends and has recently become the story of some savory dishes: classic and Asian recipes as well as unique combinations between the two. The little pleasures we both enjoyed during the time we spent together as students brought us back together several years later, after each one of us tried to find his happiness in different corners of the world. From each journey we made we brought back traditional recipes that we want to share with you now.
